IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Completed application form and all required documents must be scanned and emailed to: info@moroccanconsulatesg.com before the physical documents are submitted.
Submission of original documents are only allowed after verification of the email documents. All application documents must be scanned in one file/folder.
All forms to be signed at the Consulate office, please leave the signature blank.
For application, the concerned applicant needs to submit the physical applications personally as we need to verify the documents in person. Sorry to inform that the travel agencies are unable to submit on behalf of the applicant.
For collection of any personal documents, it must be collected by the concerned applicant, including renunciation letters.

CHECK IF YOU REQUIRE A VISA TO ENTER MOROCCO
eVISA APPLICATION
Citizens of the following countries and regions are not eligible for eVisa:
- Iran
- Kosovo
- Palestine
- Syria
- Taiwan
- Tuvalu
*There is no visa on arrival service in Morocco.
Singaporeans are not required to have a visa to visit Morocco. They can visit Morocco for up to 90 days without a visa.
Citizens of the following countries: the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia or a Schengen country do not need a visa for Morocco. They can travel to the country visa-free for up to 90 days.
VISA APPLICATION (Physical Submission)
Documents required:
- Visa application form (1 set) to be fully completed in capital letters. No amendments are allowed on the form.
- Two (2) recent passport sized colour photographs on white background
- Passport or travel document validity must be 6 months or more
- Original and clear copy of Identity card or residence card and Entry/Re-entry Permit
- Confirmed return air ticket reservation(s)
- Hotel reservation confirmation vouchers
- Past 3 months bank statements (For Social Visit Visa)
- Company’s letter (For Business Visa)
- Letter of Invitation (For Business Visa)
- All documents must be printed on single page only
- Please make sure that your passport has at least 2 empty pages (pages must be next to each other and not front and back)
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- All forms to be signed at the Consulate office
Additional Notes:
- The Consulate is not responsible for any delay in the visa approval process as all applications are finalized by the Moroccan Authority in Morocco.
- Earliest date of submission of visa application is 2 months before departure to Morocco.
- Applicants are advised to submit latest 1 month before departure to Morocco.
- Any request to expedite visa application will not be entertained.

PASSPORT APPLICATION / RENEW PASSPORT
Documents required:
- Passport application form (1 set) duly completed
- A specimen signature form to be filled up
- A photocopy of the Matriculation/Consular card issued by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Jakarta
- Original passport and a photocopy of the passport
- A photocopy of the valid Moroccan National Electronic Identity Card
- An official document confirming the current residency address
- Two (2) recent passport sized photos on light blue background
- For baby passport application, the baby must be present
- For baby passport application, if one of the parents are not Moroccan, the non-Moroccan parent needs to be present to write a statement allowing the baby to have Moroccan passport
- For lost passport, police report must be submitted
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- Consulate handling fees to be paid in SGD and in Cash
- All forms to be signed at the Consulate office
IMMATRICULATION / CONSULAR CARD APPLICATION
Documents required:
- Immatriculation application form (1 set) duly completed
- Original Passport and a copy
- Original CNIE (Moroccan ID card) and a copy
- Residence card or other documents issued by Singapore related authorities serving as residence permit in Singapore
- Electricity / fixed line phone monthly bill or tax document indicating applicant’s current address
- Two (2) recent passport sized photos on white or light blue background
- Employment letter (if any)
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- Consulate handling fees to be paid in SGD and in Cash
- All forms to be signed at the Consulate office
CNIE APPLICATION / RENEW CNIE (NATIONAL ID CARD)
Documents required:
- CNIE application form (1 set) duly completed
- Fingerprint form (1 set) duly completed
- Please print the fingerprint form and bring them to the Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC) Office of Singapore Police Force (SPF) to do the fingerprinting

- Fingerprint form must be stamped by the CNCC Office so as to allow the Moroccan authorities to compare the fingerprinting
- The original National Electronic Identity Card (required to submit at the Consulate office)

BIRTH REGISTRATION (NEWBORN/CHILD)
Documents required:
- Birth registration form (1 set) duly completed
- Original Marriage certificate and a copy
- Original Birth certificates of the parents and a copy
- Original Child’s birth certificate and a copy
- Original Parents’ ID and copies
- Declaration Statement (please see sample)
- Child’s name in Arabic to be clearly written/printed on a blank paper
- For newborn, the Embassy will raise a Moroccan birth certificate and register him/her in the Embassy’s birth book

FAMILY BOOK UPDATE
Documents required:
- Original Family Book
- Copy of parents’ consular cards for Moroccan parents
- Original birth certificate of the child
- Original birth certificate of mother
- Original marriage certificates in French/Arabic
- Original marriage certificate issued by the Moroccan Authority
- Copies of parents’ Singapore resident cards
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- Consulate handling fees to be paid in SGD and in Cash
DEATH REGISTRATION
Documents required:
- Death registration form (1 set) duly completed
- Complete copy of the death certificate issued by the competent authority of the country of the place of death
- Original Passport and CNIE of the deceased and copies
- Original Birth certificate of the deceased and a copy
- Original Marriage certificate and a copy (if applicable)
- Original Birth certificate or Moroccan CNIE of the widow and a copy
- For the declarant, please submit a copy of your Passport and CNIE
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- Consulate handling fees to be paid in SGD and in Cash
LEGALIZATION OF MARRIAGE AUTHORIZATION
The Embassy will issue a marriage statement certificate certifying that the husband/wife and the applicant are married.
Documents required:
- Original Consular cards of both husband and wife and copies
- Original and copy certified of marriage document
- Original and copy certified passport and CNIE
- Both husband and wife must be present to submit the application
- All fees to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
- Consulate handling fees to be paid in SGD and in Cash
RENOUNCE MOROCCAN NATIONALITY
Documents required:
- Original Consular card and a copy
- Original and copy of valid Moroccan ID
- Original and copy of valid Moroccan passport
- Original and copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Original and copy of residence card
- Original of a signed statement letter (in writing) mentioning the reason for his/her demand. The letter must be legalized by a notary office. Actual document of the copy mentioned are to be presented upon submission of documents to the Honorary Consul’s office in Singapore.
- Renunciation letter – no payment is required
- Courier fee to be paid in Indonesia Rupiah and in Cash
